- Solasta is an architectural marvel with an infinity pool that opens up to a beautiful water view. This 2-bedroom infinity pool villa is tucked away in the quaint town of Mulshi in Pune.
What makes this home special?
- This private villa in Pune has one side completely covered with floor-to-ceiling glass, so you are instantly greeted with a mesmerising view once you enter the doors. The living room is designed with plush interiors.
- This villa near Mulshi Dam opens up to a beautiful infinity pool where one can soak in uninterrupted views of the famous Mulshi Dam.
- The luxury villa boasts a stunning infinity pool with some unique features. Built of black marble, the pool beautifully reflects the moon on full moon nights, lighting up the surroundings in the most magical way.
- We recommend sitting on the deck on such full moon nights and switching off the lights in the villa to enjoy and soak in the solace of the night. Lookout for some glow worms (in May and June) while you’re at it, it’s a feeling straight out of a fairy tale!
The layout of the home:
- The living room has a mezzanine room right above it. Behind the living area on the same floor is a small pond with lotus flowers.
- 2 spacious bedrooms lie on either side of this luxury villa. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with skylights on the ceilings.
- While the front end of the room is adorned with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the upper half of this front end is tilted inside and built in a way that you can directly see the sky from the bed itself. Marvelous, isn’t it?
- The dining area and a fully furnished kitchen are outside the main villa.
What can you do here:
- Take a dip in the infinity pool or settle on the attached deck and catch up over some tea and snacks.
- Lounge on the mezzanine floor and watch some fun movies! And if you want to stretch your legs or have some quiet time to yourself, walk a few steps ahead to the private balcony which lies above the poolside deck that has gorgeous views of the Mulshi Dam.
- Choose your read of the day and settle down on the swing beside the pond.
- Enjoy a game of foosball or go cycling and explore the premises.
- Try the local Maharashtrian dishes cooked by the in-house chef and you will be hooked!
- Fall asleep as you count the unending stars in the starlit sky from the bedroom and wake up to the first rays of sunshine.
- Have a gala time, play games, or simply laze around in peace on the well-manicured lawns amidst nature.

Step into the infinity pool and revel in the gorgeous view of Mulshi Dam. You can also play a game of foosball or carrom, go cycling, relax on the lush green lawn, enjoy an interesting read by the pond or have some quiet time to yourself at the sitout on the mezzanine level.
The property is surrounded by forests and hills. Adventure lovers who love exploring can go trekking on these hills. Guests can also visit the backwaters of the dam.
Tamhini Ghat is 30km away from the villa. Guests can plan a road trip, especially in the monsoons as the scenery is absolutely beautiful.
House Rules
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
