Both bedrooms come with private Jacuzzis on their balconies, offering a luxurious way to relax while enjoying the scenic beauty of the surroundings. The ground-floor bedroom opens to a peaceful space with verdant views, while the first-floor bedroom features a cozy balcony with an inviting sitting area. Each room is thoughtfully designed with ensuite bathrooms for added convenience. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The villa is equipped with a range of activities to keep you occupied. The infinity swing will offer you a 360-degree view of the mountains and valleys around.

Spend some quality time with your family and friends playing games like volleyball, basketball, archery, climbing net, and darts. If you prefer the indoors, the villa is stocked with board games such as Snakes and Ladders, Ludo, chess, carrom, playing cards and UNO.

A private waterfall with a natural pool is formed at the backside of the villa during monsoons - have the time of your life splashing around in this natural wonder!
If you are the adventurous type, the Morgiri trek is just 10 minutes (3.5 km) away from the villa, while the Tung fort is 12 minutes (5.4 km) away.
House Rules
During power outages, we use the invertor. However, the inverter does not support the AC during power outages.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
