Originally a crumbling structure, it was revived with the vision of a home that harmonized history, art, and nature. They led the restoration with a profound commitment to preserving heritage.

The home exudes the susegad way of life, Goa’s relaxed vibe with its pitched roof, custom stained glass inspired by local rice fields, and vintage furniture treated with linseed oil, giving the wood a warm, amber glow of time. The heart of Seven Doors House is its formal Saraswat style-inspired seating and dining area, leading to a pool deck framed by Greco-Roman pillars—a seamless blend of Goan-Portuguese architecture with locally sourced materials.

Each bedroom tells its own story through a distinct color scheme and carefully curated antiques, including four-poster beds sourced from local artisans to preserve and uplift the local art of Goa. The upper floor houses a reading room, game room, and additional bedrooms, featuring stained glass and signature antique pieces. The house stays naturally cool through the use of laterite and lime plaster, while its design effortlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, celebrating the beauty of its lush surroundings.
