Dunnottar South By Kodai Lake has its bonfire area with garden benches where it’s peaceful to relax or work under the shade of the umbrella sipping your favourite beverage in the daytime or this space transforms into a rocking place with a bonfire lit where you can sip a glass of wine served on a bar counter that the homeowner designed and painted using wood found in the property.
The pizza patio, a sunkissed space transforms magically in the evening where homemade wood-fired pizzas are churned from our outdoor brick oven. This is an ideal space to bond over food, drinks and company! All three that complete a perfect holiday.
The second bonfire area is near Dunnottar North By Kodai Lake and has a hammock put out on a clear day where one can stretch out in the shade and relax with no agenda.
In Dunnottar South By Kodai Lake, one can entertain themselves by playing chess on the chess table, reach out for the games that are stacked in the walk-through library or discover a favourite author amidst the large selection covering all age groups and genres.
The villa’s location is only a 10-minute walk to Bryant Park and Seven Roads Junction with its myriad of shops, boutiques and restaurants.

Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen. With Prior notification, guests can request the chef to prepare customized meals for infants.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
We have an environmental policy so we will only change the bed linen between guests or every 5 days, and towels once in 3 days unless guests ask for a towel change or they look unclean.
A safe deposit box is available in each of the bedrooms free of charge.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the house and on the veranda. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Please use the ashtrays when smoking. Smoking out of the windows is strictly prohibited.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others (please note that non-compliance with our non-smoking policy may constitute termination). In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, and no refunds will be made.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
