A former science museum in Assagao has been reimagined into Amarah, a 10,000 sq ft, 5-bedroom pet-friendly villa – where art, design, and calm coexist. Just 40 minutes from Mopa Airport, this Signature home reflects a distinct Goan-Spanish revival aesthetic crafted by designer Vinithra Amarnathan. Deep indigos, mustard tones, and crisp whites meet handcrafted arches, wrought iron accents, and a sense of lived-in ease. Expansive common spaces open into tranquil outdoor decks, a poolside bar, and gardens that breathe in the tropical air.

House Rules
Outside food is not permitted.
Kitchen access is restricted, except for infants or the elderly with prior approval. Cleaning charges of INR 1000 per day will apply.
No outside guests or day visitors allowed during the stay.
Bachelor groups and stag bookings are not accepted.
Parties and late-night revelry are discouraged.
Loud music is not permitted after 10 PM.
Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation.
Illegal activities, including drugs, narcotics, or weapons, are strictly prohibited and will be reported.
Smoking inside rooms or enclosed spaces is not allowed.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; management is not liable for any loss or damage.
Management reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings in case of inappropriate behaviour or rule violations.
The pool is not supervised. There is no lifeguard on site. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry a government-approved photo ID proof that shows their address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Security Deposit of INR 25,000 will apply at the time of check-in.
