The estate has 5 rooms split between AsanjA Titaly (a 2-room home) and AsanjA Dragonfly (a 3-room home). You can book this villa as a 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom on a weekend as well, only in the case of a last-minute request. Please check with our team regarding this. 
• This home is built underground and features 2 pools and various undulating terrace gardens. 
• This private villa is located 2.5 hours from Mumbai and is tucked away in what we like to describe as ‘the most beautiful place on Earth’. The rooms of the villa beautifully frame the peaks of Machendragad and Gorakhgad, one of the most popular trekking sites in Maharashtra. Needless to say, you’re in for an unprecedented visual treat. 
• The perfect amalgamation of luxury and country leisure, as you enter the property, you are welcomed by the undulating rooftop gardens. The unending lush greens will at first leave you wondering where the villa is!
• As you take a stroll on the driveway, the home reveals itself in snippets until you reach the entrance stairway. The staircase is made completely from natural rock recovered from the land itself.
• At the outset of the drive in itself, you know that you are about to be one with nature. A short flight of stairs leads you down to the grand, organically shaped entrance door and what lies behind it, is possibly one of the most extraordinary homes you’ve ever seen. 
• Walking into the spacious, living room with an open planned kitchen will remind you of a home you’ve read about in a book or watched in a movie because of the form of the structure. Despite being cave-like, the living room is brightly lit with natural sunlight coming through the curved windows and skylights in the roof. A large boulder discovered on the site has been cleverly modeled into a coffee table and the dining table too is a cantilevering marvel. This vivacious space has comfortable seating for 15 people and it makes the perfect setting to unwind and engage in conversation with the family or hum some tunes along with the karaoke system. 
• The 8-seater dining table by the kitchen is where you can enjoy hearty meals. With Signature villas come our Signature curated menus, offering the choicest selections of food and beverage across various cuisines. From local food made from regional produce to an exotic international spread, both, our comfort Indian selections as well as fine dining offerings will leave you satiated. 
• Adjoining the living room is the first bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) that has a skylight right above the bed from where you can watch the stars twinkle while drifting off to a sound sleep.
• A short passage with 4 steps leads you from the living room to the second bedroom (without an ensuite bathroom) with a washroom across it. The passage is illuminated by a series of skylights and this cheerful bright spot makes for great Instagramable shots. The passage with an earthy mosaic dome atrium bedecked with Aqua designer ceramic pottery in various shapes and sizes ends at the master bedroom that opens up to a deck and swimming pool, overlooking grassy hillocks, open fields, and hills. For those looking to swim away their worries, the pool also sports a rain shower. The pitter-patter of the shower not only makes the pool more enjoyable but also leaves the space reverberating with the calming sound of moving water. The large washroom attached to the master bedroom features a shower on the rocks, another great, ‘Instagrammable’ spot. 
• The side door of the living room takes you up a gradual, paved slope and onto the second structure of this villa. There are 2 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) in this structure. A second, private pool enclosed by boulders and a deck welcomes you to this villa. With ample seating, a bar counter, and a sink the deck is a great space to enjoy a sundowner and soak in the tranquility of nature. This structure also has its private entrance from the outside.
• While the indoors are filled with board games, carrom, foosball table, and cards – the fun doesn’t stop there! You can enjoy a pleasant evening on the rooftop garden and watch the sun set into the horizon, lie down on the grass and watch as the stars fill the sky. A bonfire or barbecue too can be arranged on request to elevate the evening setting.
• It is not rare for rainbows or fireflies to make an appearance at AsanjA in season! Surrounded by nature all around, one can also walk a nature trail and spot various species of birds and plants throughout the property.
