The Athaang Restaurant is where you can relish a plethora of Konkani dishes, cooked with love by the locals of Dapoli using freshly sourced ingredients, fish, and fiery spices along with Chinese and Continental.

Athaang ~ Antara is set very close to the nesting sites of the Olive Ridley Turtles. The hatchlings take their first step in the sands between February and April every year. Do visit Anjarle beach (a 15 min drive) to watch these tiny babies make their way towards the seas. You can check with our property manager or the caretaker to understand the time slots.
Ancient temples like Shree Keshavraj (11.5 km), Shree Vyagreshwar (10 km), and Kadyavarcha Ganpati Mandir (Ganesh Temple) (6 km) are at a driveable distance from the home.
Indulge in the history of Konkan and Maharashtra at the forts of Suvarna and Kanak Durga (4 km. from the home) and hop onto a story with your little ones at the Panhalekaji Caves (50 km. from the home).
When the moon rises on the other side, and the lights go dim, step into your galleries and amidst the euphonious melodies of the Arabian Sea, look up and gaze at the sea of stars.
The property manager will be more than happy to arrange a local boating experience with you where you can have a little picnic of your own. Boating towards the sun as it sets with your favourite food and meal - just imagine!
The colour changing Harnai Beach is just a 15-minute drive where you can test your bargaining skills at a fish auction that happens everyday!
House Rules
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
In keeping with our serene atmosphere, we regret that bachelor groups and stag parties cannot be accommodated.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
