- As you walk into this estate, structures roofed by Mangalore tiles of crimson, traditional pillars, and the sea breeze that evokes a sense of belongingness will woo your heart within the first 15 seconds (it’s a challenge).
- Approximately 20 steps away, is Athaang (Tarang), a 2-bedroom cottage that is ideal for 2 couples or a family of 4. These rooms offer seaside scenery throughout your stay, backdropped by a cliff that speaks of tranquillity.
- The front yard as you walk through this estate extends further into a viewing deck that is just the perfect spot to “seas the day” or indulge in some yoga, meditation, or a workout. The sea view from here will win your heart over and over again and this is definitely going to be your favourite spot!
- Right beside the viewing deck is an alfresco sitting area which again, can be your ultimate evening chai spot. A change of space for every meal? Possible! That too, in style.
- The Athaang Restaurant is just next door where you can relish a plethora of Konkani dishes, cooked by the people of Dapoli using locally sourced ingredients, fresh fish and fiery spices along with Chinese and Continental.

The home is situated very close to the nesting sites of the gorgeous Olive Ridley Turtles. When here between February and April, don’t forget to pay a visit to the Anjarle Beach (a 15-minute drive) to watch these little babies hatch out and dive into the sea. You can check with our property manager or the caretaker to understand the time slots.
Ancient temples namely Shree Keshavraj and Shree Vyagreshwar, and Kadyavarcha Ganpati Mandir (Ganesh Temple) are at a distance of 14 kms and 4 kms respectively.
Indulge in the history of Konkan and Maharashtra at the forts of Suvarna and Kanak Durga (4 kms. from the home) and hop onto a story with your little ones at the Panhalekaji Caves (50 kms. from the home).
When the sun rises on the other side, and the lights go dim, walk upto the viewing deck and amidst the euphonious melodies of the Arabian Sea, look up and gaze at the stars that twinkle.
The property manager will be more than happy to arrange a local boating experience with you where you can have a little picnic of your own. Boating towards the sun as it sets with your favorite food and meal - just imagine!
Every morning, from 7 am to 10 pm, a dolphin show happens just 5 minutes from the home - huge fun for the kids, eh?
The Harnai Beach (a 15-minute drive) is a colour changing beach where a fish auction also happens, everyday! Both these experiences are worth every indulgence and are very rare to find.
House Rules
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
