A Gorgeous half-century-old home nestled in the quiet village of Badem, Goa is built on two levels in the old Goan architecture style. The beautiful landscape, the canopy of trees, and built out of laterite stone Casa De Tartaruga is the perfect cozy den even in the peak Goan summers.
Renovated with love and contemporary comforts, the high ceilings, large verandas, open spaces, and a garden, allow lots of natural lights that highlight its old-world charms.
This 5-bedroom home stays hidden amongst the hundred trees of coconut, jackfruit, mangoes, and passionfruit till you walk towards its door from the main gate. Step into the heart of relaxation as you enter this cozy den of the turtle, a sanctuary of plush furnishing, warm hues, and an intimate ambiance.
The turquoise swimming pool is refreshing not just for the adults but also for the kids who get their kiddie pool to splash too! A large pool deck and loungers to enjoy your sunny afternoons, completely private.
Fancy a movie or a game of poker, the turtle den is the perfect hideout. We even have a library for the bookworms.

- You enter the wooden gates and all you see is green wondering where the villa is. Lush green trees of coconut, jackfruit, mangoes, and passionfruit guide you to the beautiful Casa.

- As you enter the door, you are greeted with a plush lounge area. A small library on the right is for the bookworms to spend time with their best buddies.

House Rules
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
