- Surrounded by mountains on all sides, the home’s spacious living room is the perfect hangout with your small family. Enjoy some gupshup with a cuppa on the verandah or gaze over the lush garden outside – this villa will be your peace.
- The home is a part of a cluster of villas within a gated community. All the rooms are situated on the ground floor, making it an ideal place to stay with your elderly parents. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other one has a shared bathroom.
- Water babies will not be disappointed as a private plunge pool is on the premises. Splash around with your kids or soak in the warm waters as the cool Nashik breeze soothes your soul.
- On mainly chilly evenings, ask the caretaker to light up a bonfire as you devour some fresh delicacies sourced from the nearby market or pick your binoculars and try to spot some of the thousands of birds (inc. Kingfisher) that visit the serene area.
- This villa is located close to the popular landmarks of Nashik like The MTDC Coin Museum (550m away), Sula Vineyards and Someshwar Waterfalls (30 min away) making it an ideal staycation with your family.

Set up your hiking trails at Anjaneri Fort a short 20-minute drive away.
For a more intense adventure coupled with a cultural experience, hike up to Trimbakeshwar Shiva Temple, located 13 minutes from the villa and discover the origins of the Godavari river.
Just half an hour away from the villa are the Gangapur Dam and Someshwar Waterfalls, where you can quench your thirst for gushing waters.
A stay at Nashik is incomplete without a visit to the gorgeous Sula vineyards, just half an hour away. Have a glass with your loved one while the teetotallers can bask in the serenity of the vineyards.
You can also head to Ram Kund, just 40 minutes away or hike up to the Pandav Leni Caves, at 30 minutes away, to explore the mythological significance of these landmarks.
House Rules
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
