- Farsouli 1° is an enchanting 3-bedroom homestay located just 15 minutes away from Bhimtal city centre. Settled in the midst of rich valleys and timberlands, this homestay offers a quiet and experiential stay perfect for families and friends. With beautiful interiors and multiple sit-outs that offer stunning views of Bhimtal city and surrounding flora and fauna, this is the ideal place to unwind and relax.
- In addition to its peaceful location, the homestay also flaunts an outdoor bar and gazebo, as well as a play structure for children. So whether you’re looking to enjoy a refreshing drink with friends or keep your little ones entertained, this homestay has something for everyone.
The layout of the home:
- Located on an elevation, parts of the home are located on multiple levels. Park your cars and take a short walk down a flight of stairs to reach the first floor of the home. 2 well-designed bedrooms (1 with an ensuite bathroom) will await you along with a covered patio where guests can enjoy a hearty feast.
- 15 steps stairwell (both interior and exterior) takes you to the ground floor of the homestay comprising a gorgeous living and dining area, and a spacious bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom) overlooking the valley.
- The exterior of the home is the most experiential part of the home with a lovely bonfire area, an outdoor bar and dining area, a lovely deck and a gazebo. A children’s jungle gym is located below the deck level.

- Our in-house chef will prepare mouthwatering delicacies that can be appreciated at one of the many feasting spots all throughout the home.
- Relax and sip on a cup of chai while taking in the beautiful views of Bhimtal from the first-floor covered patio or enjoy an energizing yoga session out on the deck.
- Enjoy a peaceful read by the indoor fireplace and enjoy the pleasant weather of Bhimtal.
- Looking for a fun night celebrating a milestone occasion with loved ones? The European-styled deck on the ground floor is perfect for karaoke or a game of dumb charades. The outdoor bar is also available for creating your favourite cocktails, and the wooden dining table is the best setting for an exquisite evening under the twilight sky.

House Rules
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
Guests who wish to prepare their own meals can use the kitchen at an additional charge of INR 1500 + Tax. The caretaker can help guests to procure groceries at actuals. All the above-mentioned charges have to be paid online.
We have a local chef whose services can be availed at an additional charge of INR 1500 + Tax on a daily basis. The chef is available between the timings of 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
