Homestay Layout & Shared Spaces:
- Guests can book the 5 rooms individually or as an entire estate. Couples, small and large families, and a group of friends are all welcome here!
- The ground floor of the 2-storey homestay near Manali comprises a spacious living space, 2 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) and a kitchen.
- A flight of stairs leads you to 3 bedrooms on the first floor (with ensuite bathrooms).
- The bedrooms on the first floor share a common verandah. Moreover, 2 of the rooms also flaunt private balconies each.
- The living room, kitchen and outdoor spaces are shared amongst all guests.
What can you do here:
- Famously known in the village for Pahadi Dham, Siddu, Childa and Gichas, indulge in a farm-to-table experience with the fresh meals to eat your heart out to and a cosy bonfire after, truly bring out the glory of the home!
- One of the rooms on the first floor has a special staircase for pets and a space equipped with pet toys; your furry friends deserve a paw-some time too. Meanwhile, the little ones can bond over indoor games and rejoice.
- The cottage also brings you its own Book Cafe (the dining area) outside the living area. Grab your favourite book and crawl into the cafe’s many cosy nooks for some much-needed ‘me-time.’
- Along the way, you might witness the natural springs of the area, called ‘Jidi’, that have spiritual and socio-economic importance for the whole region of Naggar. You’ll also be welcomed by beautiful apple orchards as you approach the entrance.

House Rules
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor and stag groups are permitted, provided that conduct remains professional and late-night revelry is avoided to maintain the tranquil environment of the estate. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
