The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard. Children must always be supervised by adults.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
As per law, all guests above 4 years must carry valid government-approved photo ID with address. Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of house rules may lead to refusal of booking or eviction if already checked in.
Events such as weddings, pre-wedding functions, milestone celebrations, or similar gatherings require prior approval from management. Additional charges, deposits, and arrangement costs will apply.
