Homestay Layout & Shared Spaces:

  • The rooms are a part of the homestay that also houses PADM Villa (Royal Chambers) and PADM (King Suite). Guests can connect with the team to book more rooms for larger groups.
  • The Glass Suite is on the second floor. It can be accessed via the main ground floor staircase, and then via an ancillary staircase from the first floor.
  • The Glass suite has an ensuite bathroom and a private jacuzzi under the stars. 
  • Guests who book the glass suite can access the lawns, living room (ground floor), and dining area (ground floor). They cannot access the Family Rooms (ground & first floor) or the Artha Suite (first floor)

  • For your evenings, gather around over a lovely bonfire outdoors. It is the perfect place to take your partner to, in this weather!
  • Spend your evenings playing a wide range of board games like Monopoly, tic-tac-toe, etc, or take the challenge outdoors, over a game of cricket, badminton, or football!
  • If you are up for some adventure, head out to visit the breathtaking Sajla Waterfall (5 km) by the Beas River, or Hadimba Temple (7 km) for a more spiritual experience.

There is a myriad of attractions near the villa, which you could explore on foot or by vehicle. The Vashisht Temple is a 20-minute drive away, which also offers an opportunity for you to bask in its hot springs and feel your worries dissipate in the healing waters.
Water babies and Instagram influencers can also seek comfort in the many waterfalls around, from the Jogini Falls at 9 km to Jana Waterfalls at 18 km. You could even trek up to the Sajla Waterfalls, 5 km away.
For an experience rife with mystery and a little dose of history, there’s no better activity than a cave trek! Set your trails for the Arjun Gufa, a 30-minute walk from the villa.
Alternatively, you can explore the medieval Naggar Castle built by Raja Sidh Singh of Kullu in around 1460 CE, just a 30-minute drive away. The castle also offers stunning views of the hills of Manali.
If you seek solace in silence, drive for 20 minutes to the Hadimba Devi temple, where Hindu deity Hadimba is believed to have meditated. Surrounded by the forest, this attraction is the perfect spot for self-reflection and peace.
Don’t miss out on a visit to the Atal Tunnel, built under the Rohtang Pass, on your drive across Solang Valley. The tunnel is a 1-hour drive away, but the fantastic views that come with it will make it worth your trip.

House Rules

Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
