Earth:

Layout
At Taleru Boating Point, guests enjoy a speedboat ride to the villa, offering a scenic 2-3 kilometer journey across the tranquil Chamera Lake. Upon arrival, a short 50-meter walk along a gentle slope leads to the villa.
Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis depending on availability. While we will make every effort to accommodate specific room requests, we cannot guarantee preferences.
Upon arrival, you’ll find two staircases:
- The upward staircase leads to the swimming pool (5 feet 5 inches deep).
- The downward staircase leads to the ground floor, which features a private sit-out with serene lake views.
Room Details:
- Ground Floor: Private sit-out with lake views.
- First & Second Floors: Two rooms per floor, each with an attached bathroom and balcony overlooking the lake. The second floor also offers a common area with board games, carrom, chess, a pool table, and a café area for shared dining.
- Attic Room (Fourth Floor): A fifth room with a private balcony is located on the fourth floor, accessible via a staircase from the pool area.
Shared Spaces:
- The swimming pool, café area, and other amenities are shared spaces for all guests to enjoy.
- The commercial kitchen is also accessible to all guests.
Note: A paid parking facility is available at Rs. 100 per vehicle per day at Taleru Boating Point.

House Rules
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen, except for infants, with prior permission.
Guests may not invite additional visitors or day guests during their stay.
Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties or late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10:00 PM.
Consumption of alcohol is allowed, but should be within limits.
Illegal activities , including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs, narcotics, or firearms/weapons, are strictly prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking is prohibited within the villa and rooms.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on-site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of their personal valuables. Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
As per law, every guest above 18 years must present government-approved photo ID proof showing their address. We accept only Aadhar Cards , Driving Licenses , and Passports .
Inappropriate behavior or violation of any house rules may lead to a polite refusal to accept the booking. If guests have already checked in, management reserves the right to ask them to leave.
For special occasions such as weddings, pre-wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations, and events, the use of part or all of the estate is subject to prior approval from management. These events must be informed at the time of booking, and additional charges for venue usage, deposits, time, efforts, specialized skills, and post-event cleanup will apply.
