House Rules

Check-in time is strictly between 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. No check-ins will be permitted after 6:00 PM.
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen, except for parents with infants with prior permission.
Meals will only be served in the designated dining area - The Nest. In-room dining is not permissible.
Please note that the kitchen will be operational from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm, and no orders will be accepted after it.
Laundry service is available on the property, and charges for the same are on actuals. Iron will not be provided in the rooms.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is not permitted.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking/Hookah is not permitted in any of the villas or The Nest. We have designated areas for smoking. if found smoking in the villas, there will be a fine of Rs 5000/-.
The property has owner's dogs who are vaccinated and friendly too. There is also a cat on the property and is vaccinated.
Please Note: In cases where management allows pets at the property, they will be restricted from the pool area.
Guests cannot enter the pool with regular clothes. They must wear appropriate swimwear and swim caps.
The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
Pickleball Court Rules:
* ⁠The court usage is chargeable by the hour and needs to be prebooked.
* Check for availability and reserve your time slot if required.
* Wear appropriate sports shoes with non-marking soles to protect the court surface.
* Be mindful of your reserved time and vacate the court promptly for the next players.
* Avoid bringing food or drinks (except water) onto the court to keep the area clean.
* Use designated areas for warm-up before starting your game.
* Be courteous and avoid distracting other players during games.
* After use, ensure the court is left tidy, including picking up any trash or equipment.
