- As you approach the property, a parking area welcomes you with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. From there, a Z-shaped staircase leads you to Bedroom 3 and the main living area, both offering stunning vistas of the hills and the beautifully manicured lawn.
- Entering through the main entrance, you’ll find a powder room conveniently located. To the left is the cozy living room, and to the right is Bedroom 1, which features a comfortable bed, a built-in cupboard, a window-side seating area, and an attached washroom.
- The living area is designed for relaxation, complete with a cozy couch, a bonfire for chilly evenings, and a dining table. A compact kitchen is also available for your culinary needs, with a daily usage fee of ?1000, and groceries charged at actuals.
- Adjacent to the living area, wooden stairs on the left lead you to the upper floor. On the right is Bedroom 2, while opposite it lies Bedroom 3. Both bedrooms have attached washrooms, charming window seating areas, and share a common balcony that overlooks the picturesque surroundings.

House Rules
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to admission or may ask guests to leave.
