- This traditionally done set of 5 stunning sea-facing cottages are named after Dapoli’s exotic native flowers: Jaswanti, Bakul, Aboli, Sugandhi and Shevanti and can be booked individually.
- If yours is a large group, there are two twin cottages – Villa 270° (Shevanti and Sugandhi) and Villa 270° (Bakul and Aboli). Between the five cottages, up to 17 guests can be accommodated.
- Jaswanti is a bright room, perfect for a couple and their little furry friends. This rustic cottage has a unique blend of modern amenities and traditional decor.
- A man-made lake carefully constructed by the homeowner and a landscaped garden peppered with native flowers afford plenty of spaces to read and rest.
- The pet-friendly cottages have high-speed WiFi, making them an ideal workation close to Mumbai.
- Catch up on family gupshup in the garden lawn or tuck into scrumptious Konkani cuisine in the terrace-cum-dining area with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. Our cook prepares home-cooked meals using locally sourced fresh ingredients, some must-trys of which are Kalya Vatanyachi Usal, Baingan bharta, Malvani fish, Mutton and Crab curries and Fish Fry.
- While you keep an eye out for black Pariah Kites that zoom past, hear the distant cries at the Harnai fishing port or drive to the Suvarnadurg Sea Fort just 15-minutes away. You can also head to Murud beach (3.5 km) for water sports or the turtle breeding centre at Velas (49 km).

The home is located near the white sand beach, Palande (4.5 kms), the Harnai beach (1.9 kms) and Anjarle Beach (10.8 kms). If you want to give it a shot at water sports, head to the Murud beach (3.5 kms).
You can also visit the Suvarnadurgh Fort (2.5 kms), the 12th century Kadyawarcha Ganpati (cliff temple in Anjarle, 14.4 kms) and the turtle breeding centre at Velas (49 kms). During season, one can also take a boat trip to see the dolphins.

House Rules
Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission.
Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed.
We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
Guests are prohibited from smoking and setting up hookahs in the rooms/villa/lawns.
The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave.
Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and evening tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
No crackers or colours are permitted in this home.
All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to checkin. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reasons henceforth.
Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in. If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out. Please Note: The Security Deposit is subject to change depending upon the number of nights and the group size. Please check with your holiday advisor at the time of booking.
In case of special occasions like wedding and pre wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialised skills needed for prior arrangements and post event cleanup will apply.
